Truly blessed...

A huge part of our lives are our two precious girls. God has blessed us with... Bethany who is 15 and is a gifted and engaging author, Rebekah, 12 is our snowboard bunny, loves children and people in general. They are discovering and navigating life as called, destined young women of faith.
I am so grateful I get to do this with my girls... we have so much fun together.

Here we are....

I am finally making my entrance into the world of blogging...
We are now less than a year away from the beginning of our Church Planting adventure. We are currently entering our 7th year of living in the USA.
Our family, Mark, myself, Bethany and Rebekah are New Zealanders; having left our shores in 2003 to study and discover what it was that God was calling us to. We knew it wasn't to stay where we were, but a call to obedience, to stretching and risk... to step out and say 'yes' and follow the lead of our Father.
We have been on the ride of our lives these past 6 years, constantly amazed by the faithfulness of God to lead, guide and direct our paths. The verse that has underpinned our journey so far is Proverbs 16:9 - "A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." As we step out and trust that the Lord will continue to direct we are excited to see what will happen next...
